The soft cheese is produced according to the traditional recipe from natural cow milk. It is smoked on natural wood chips only. There are no chemical additives and milk fat substitutes in the composition. The taste is clean and sour-milk, with a slight flavor of smoking. The consistency is fine and homogeneous.
